Was a great way to buy and get info on easy and fast

In November I had ordered 12 pucks of Frankincense & Myrrh large, because I decided it was my favorite scent. When they arrived, I didn't open the package because I was still using the last cake from a previous order. When I finally opened the package, I found that not only what I had been shipped was not Frankincense & Myrrh, but some strange smelling stuff mismarked. I senr an email to customer service who immediately credited my account the full amount plus $5 for me to return one of the mismarked eleven unopened cakes. I returned all eleven and after they did some investigating found that somehow there had been an error. I asked if they had gotten the correct scent in stock and was sent a puck with no charge to make sure. It was exactly what I wanted, and I then ordered eleven pucks and some brush cleaner. After applying my credit, I owed $12 and change which I paid with PayPal. The next day, I got an email from PayPal and Classic Shaving saying that the charge had been reversed and that there was no charge. It is great to do business, in this day and age, with a company that operates on the "old school" system that "The customer is always right" Classic Shaving is a company with real "CLASS" Thank you
