This doesn't need to be long. Am so happy with the products and shave that I believe any and every man should have what I have accquired. Safety razor, soap puck, cup, brush. Amazing things.

I couldn't ask for better customer service in a company. Any question I had was answered immediately. The two delivery was awesome even with the Christmas holiday. I can't say enough about classic shaving but will say that I definitely will be ordering again

I used one of their straight razors which my wife got me for Christmas. After two simple uses, I was so torn up by their razor that the bleeding did not stop all day. It was supposed to be honed and sharpened, a service she paid extra for. When I expressed my displeasure over the product and wished to return it, they refused and said even if I challenged the credit card charge, they would fight it because the razor was used. How is a person supposed to know a product like this is faulty or of poor quality until they use it? This is not a consumable, it is a piece of steel. There is no reason why it should not be able to be returned. It is in perfect condition, having only been used twice. My only recourse now to try and get back some of my wife's hard-earned money, is to try and sell it through eBay or some other method. I am so disgusted with the quality of this razor, but even more disgusted with their customer service, that I have to say this is NOT a company you want to do business with.

Although the U.S. Postal Service tracking information indicated my order had been delivered, it was unfortunately not anywhere to be found when I arrived home that evening. I contacted Classic Shaving via email to see what my options were, and not only was their response immediate (within 1 day), but their resolution to my issue was simple, straight forward and hassle free, and has left me completely satisfied. In a time when it seems some companies see you simply as a source of revenue, its refreshing to find companies like Classic Shaving who care about customer satisfaction first and foremost. Without question, Classic Shaving will be my primary source of shaving products for years to come.

For me, good customer service equates to personal human contact (e.g. phone conversations), essentially executing things according to schedule, and immediately both fixing issues and following up with the customer. Ergo, Classic Shaving meets these standards. Customers, like myself, do not wish to deal with any "bs," DO want things done right away, and don't want to face issues that will damage their faith in and perspective about the company. Classic Shaving has proven to be professional and competent. Well done. Maintain your standards.
