I worked for 8 hours with a second photographer and they will not pay me. Please do not hire them. They also pay us a super low wage of S25-50 an hour while they charge brides thousands of dollars.

I photographed a wedding on Sept. 25, and I paid the 2nd photographer ahead of time, thinking I was going to get paid! I have been waiting for 2 months, and I also got a tip for the wedding, which I never got paid for either! Owner told me his business slowed down and he is waiting for funding, but how long will that be?

I shot a wedding for Classic Photographers on 9-27-2025. I took this job with under 24 hours notice and even provided a 2nd photographer. I have not yet been paid despite it being past the 14 business days stated in the contract. I need to know why I have not been paid and when exactly I will be paid.

I used them this year. They notified me 3 months in advance that they could not find a videographer and would issue a refund for that part of the service. The refund never came and I was not able to book another videographer without the money. The DJ and photographer that did come were great! I was happy with their services. It was outdoors but it rained the entire time. They were very creative in getting fun shots in the rain. And we made the best of it. I would appreciate my almost $800 back but they have stopped responding to me. We went back and forth with the BBB and they said they cannot resolve the issue.

They do not pay their photographers in a timely manner. It's been over a month and I haven't been paid for the 5 hour wedding I shot. The only response from them is they are having "paypal issues". To me, it sounds like they don't have money to pay me.

Reserved and paid in full October 2022 for our May 2024 wedding. Coordinator contacted me this morning, 13 days before the wedding, amd told me that when she contacted the photographer he said that he informed Classic Photographers MONTHS AGO that we would not be doing the wedding. No one informed me and now I can't get anyone from Classic Photographers on the phone, on chat, or in email!!!!!!!! Stay away from this company!!!!

It has taken me a few hours to do to go through the entirety of the edited version several times because we noticed that we were watching repeat video of the same things. There is 30 minutes of repeat video although there was sufficient video taken that day almost 8 hours. The other thing we noticed is there audio of my voice not matching the words you can see on my lips. We watched the unedited version of this and this was not the case so this was done in the editing process. First I would like to state for me and my husband that we are disappointed in the edited version because of the items referenced above. This appears to be sloppy, lazy, and unprofessional work. There is no video provided of our exchanging vows, rings, our first kiss, us being introduced as man and wife by the pastor, and us leaving after being introduced. There's not video of my mom being escorted to her seat. We hired a professional company to capture these moments which are typical for a wedding. We certainly are not happy with what appears to be rushed and unprofessional work. I can honestly say that this is not what we expected or paid for. We are not happy with this body of work and we expected the norm for this type of event. When we reviewed the photography pictures, there is not one picture of my husband and I when we were doing my ring exchange. There is only pictures of me giving my husband his rings. Without this video footage, this is lost in capturing this moment. We spent almost $2900 for this package deal. We have left several phone messages to the phone number provided and we have emailed them several times with no response. When we attempted to use the live chat for a better response as stated in the automatic response email, it stated no one was available and we would receive an email. I would not recommend using this company for an event such as this. You can't get back these things once the event is finished. These are very important especially for a wedding.
