Classic Country LandReviews of classiccountryland.com

In a world where corporate America wants everyone to RENT, one company is still helping people achieve The AMERICAN DREAM! Very easy process and flexible terms to choose from. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would recommend to anyone that is trying to own a little piece of America! You can do this if given a chance. I actually used to be a Realtor. This is a streamlined process. A+

My journey with Classic Country Land has been nothing short of life-changing. Their expertise in helping me find the perfect starter land has not only set the foundation for the legacy of my forefathers but has also been a pivotal moment in realizing my own dreams and aspirations. For 36 years, I've walked a path of self-discovery, guided by wise teachers, inspiring leaders, and within the nurturing environment of the best schools and a loving family. Classic Country Land's role in this journey has been transformative. They didn't just help me find a piece of land; they helped me find a piece of my destiny. Their guidance in securing this land has been a cornerstone in building my version of the American Dream — a dream that echoes through generations in my family. It's not just a piece of earth; it's a commitment to preserve and recreate our world in its most beautiful image. This land signifies more than just property; it's the embodiment of my dreams, the dreams of my father, my grandfather, and the generations before them. It represents my evolution into the man I always aspired to be and my dedication to building something true to my heart. I extend my deepest gratitude to Classic Country Land for their invaluable part in this journey. Thank you for believing in and investing in my vision, in Chef Junior KC, RSCMG, and our entire family. You've not only changed my world; you've helped anchor a legacy.

I found this on Facebook while I was scrolling down the page. I bought my first piece of property October 29,2021. It was seamless and easy. Michael was my sales agent and was great to work with. I went and bought a 2nd piece of property on March 31 2023. Again it was seamless and easy to deal with. Michael again my sales agent on this purchase. I can't say enough about the how this has made my dream of owning a nice chunk of property a reality. Thanks for allowing me to make it real instead of a dream. Sorry for the late review but life sometimes gets busy

I have now purchased two properties from Classic Country Land and cannot recommend them enough. They are beyond professional, helpful, and efficient. The land I bought was exactly as pictured/described… or actually, it was better than the pictures could convey! Financing is easy and straightforward, and a valid deed was rendered immediately upon completion of payment. No issues. No stress. No worries. I would consider CCL a highly reputable seller and have encouraged family and friends to use them. (Our land agent this time around was Michael and he went above and beyond. Ask for him if you can!) Thanks CCL. I’m grateful for the work you do and am glad I found you.

The person was available to answer my questions by text and email and phone. He was also very helpful at pointing out the pluses or minuses of different plots, which helped me to select the one I bought. He also sent me extra photos upon request.

I reached out to Michael with CCL late in the evening. He immediately responded with a phone call, talked me through the process of purchasing, answered any and all questions and made the purchase I had been pondering over for 10 years a snap. I highly recommend this company! Thank you again, Michael. You are a rare gem! I cannot wait to enjoy my newly purchased land on Terlingua Ranch !

I have had a very good experience buying my land. I researched and went and looked at the parcel, fell in love and called Michael who helped me through the easy down payment process and JUST LIKE THAT...Boom, Im a landowner. I would highly recommend this company. The contract is very transparent and easy to understand as well.

I purchased land from Classic Country in Sept 2019. I would never look back. My children have grown up on this land, we have built our dream homestead and I'd never look back for a second. Michael, Jenny, Lori and the rest of the CCL team are all amazing.
