Had a really good experience with Darian. I felt I did an adequate research before selecting Classic Country Land, and after the assistance I received from Darian, and his willingness to answer my multiple questions, I do believe my research paid off. Yes, as this is just the beginning of my journey with this team, I believe I made the right choice.

In early May 2025 my LLC bought a 2.55-acre tract in Attala County, Mississippi from Classic Country Land for $17,275 based on online marketing — including a Facebook post by Sydney Wigginton on the day of the wire describing the tract as "beautiful," "the perfect off-grid getaway," and with ground cover "mostly consist of dense young planted pine trees and foilage." The actual condition is materially inconsistent: a meaningful portion is wetland. The deed was also initially recorded under the wrong grantee and required a Corrective Warranty Deed in July 2025. I attempted to resolve this for nearly a year before declining a settlement that required removal of prior reviews and personal individual signature with clawback. Verify physical condition independently before sending funds.

Classic country has the best customer service, a nice man named Dustin helped us with questions and is very very friendly, if your trying to buy land I highly recommend buying through Dustin in classic country, wonderful person and wonderful choices of land

Do not buy from this company! They will not honor their contract! We bought property through them. We were told that we would be able to have a legal MJJ farm without any issues. They agreed. Then a few months after purchasing the place they changes the covenants. They refuse to honor the covenants that are in my contract. They also refuse to sign the paperwork for me to keep my business going! They say that they treat their customers right! I can tell you first hand, that they do not!!!
