Sir we have given you several account replacement without any question asked & you admit that as well . Our point is we always help customers whenever they need help . But on your case what happened is you purchased the product & we have given you account & email access as well . now after several months that if you are say that that account have problem , how can we trust !! because you might try selling it & get scammed & also you might shared it with others as well , also few other things might happen !!! Now few things i like to mention as well . 1. We have given you replacement before 2-3 times 2. we have given you best discount as you are a regular customer . 3. The account you are saying the problem that one is my personal account , so there is no reason any scam happen !! Besides my rest of the customers never complain anything . so i am pretty sure that from my side all good . i have given you best customer support always .
