Clash5Reviews of clash5.com

Nothing is fair on this site I would highly recommend not playing or wasting your money on anything on this site. I won 1400 and got 0 they kept telling me for 10 days and then I check not only did I not get it they erased the pending redemption that I had like it never existed. Liars and cheaters

It's pretty common in the social casino circle that referrals often end up "untracked" usually not a big deal reach out to support and the quickly correct the issue. I recently had such an experience with Spinpals but once I reached out to support they were less than helpful and the ai chatbot provided more useful support. So I would stay away from any social that's under this umbrella Spinpals, Parlayplay, or Clash5

poor customer support is the downside here

I signed up for Clash5 when my friend recommended a new game they had that was paying out well, figured I'd give them a try and made a couple purchases to get my balance up. My gameplay went well and I requested a prize redemption. The next morning my account was banned (unable to log in), my prize redemption never came through, and support says they will not offer any refunds. I was not provided with an explanation or warning of any kind. I wouldn't trust them with any purchases and will discourage others from using them. It is also worth noting that they threatened legal action when I mentioned disputing the charges with my bank.

I joined yesterday and even took a screenshot of winning 329$ because I was excited, woke up today I can't even log into the site. Says I'm banned. I waited most the day before posting this in case they'd e-mail with an explanation, but they haven't. Overall disappointed.

Its a scam, do not trust these people with your money. last night around midnight, their site crashed, when i went back a little later to see if it was working, and i had been banned for no reason. Their AI support is unresponsive and unhelpful. I had a $200 redemption pending that im certain i wont get.

requested a withdraw and it gave me the option to withdraw via debit card. I gave them my debit card info and now they say debit card withdraw is no longer available. But give me no way to change it. Alex the customer support agent just said have a good day! And left me without a way to change my withdraw method. I feel I’m going to be scammed like everyone else that got banned once they tried to withdraw. BEWARE

Bought a couple intro packs and ran it up a couple hundred. Tried to cash out and they banned my account. Support even stopped replying to me. Don't trust this place.
