Great customer service and fast shipping

This store was able to get my purchase shipped in a timely manner and as I was ordering some rather fragile items I am happy to say that the packaging was very good and protective. Nothing was received in a condition other than fantastic.

Quick shipping and the items were well packaged.

Fast friendly service all at lower prices than larger competition. If Clarksville hobby has what I want in stock I will definitely be buying from them.

Great prices, awesome customer service, and passionate owners. Items arrived very quickly and meticulously packaged. The handwritten note was a nice touch, a well as the little surprise candies. They have definitely earned a repeat customer with this experience.

My package arrived very fast, and I thought the little candies inside were also a nice touch. The thank you on the receipt was also sweet. I haven’t gotten to open/build my kit yet, but the item looked like it was packaged with care and I’m not anticipating any issues with it. I would order again from Clarksville Hobby Depot and will hopefully have more orders in the near future!

They gave a sweet little hand written note along with my order which was endearing and more than I expected. The package arrived safe and sound. They will probably be my first choice for looking for models if I can't find them locally.

Great stock, fast shipping, and was friendly and communicative!
