Scam company. takes your money for software that doesn't work and then ignores you if you request a refund. embarrassing customer support.

I bought lofi panda, was charged twice, ignored on every possible communication method and then realised the software doesnt even work. Crashes 2 or 3 presets in. Initiated a charge back. Screw Clark Audio.

I bought the Panda LoFi VST instrument. It has consistently made my DAW , Nuendo 15, crash. Not a little crash where Nuendo tells you it has become unstable but huge, Nuendo disappears crash. It has been confirmed by Steinberg, the makers of Nuendo, that it WAS the Clark Audio lo fi panda instrument that caused the problem. First couple of times I 'lived' with it but as it became obvious something was wrong I reached out for help. Took a while to get a response asking for Nuendo crash report which I sent weeks ago. Despite several emails asking for progress never heard back appears they are ghosting me, no response and no help. I am resigned to never using their software and having wasted my money.

Bought a plugin from these guys almost two weeks ago. Can’t download the sample packs in the format that they sent me. I’ve been emailing them and messaging them on Facebook none stop and I haven’t received one reply from them. Then they sent me this email to rate their product. At this point I would like a refund.

Trying to use this plugin for multiple tracks in a beat and it isn't working. Not very intuitive to use. If I use the acoustic guitar then I can't use the drum kits. Or any other instruments.

Bought lofi panda 3 a couple of days ago and when i download the file and try to exract them i message pops up witfile corrupt on it

I bought LoFi Panda which seemed very cool. When installed, I had the bad surprise to see that none of the parameters can be binded So you cannot really use it to make music, it is not even designed to facilitate the workflow with the mouse... I have asked the support but it has been a week so I don't recommend. In my opinion it is a scam
