Timely support and clarifications.

This is the first ever prop firm I’ve used and so far my experience with them has been nothing but positive. Once I passed my challenges, I got funded not too long after and was able to trade instantly. I recently had my first payout with them and couldn’t be more pleased. Requested a withdrawal and had the money processed in less than a day. I did select the refund add-on but it wasn’t included with my first withdrawal, unfortunately. They provided me with a coupon of the same value though. There was some downtime when MT5 changed brokers but they were very helpful and responsive during the entire process. Had issues again with MT5 recently so I requested to switch to TradeLocker and they assisted me without any hassle. I would highly recommend Clarity!

Very fast support norman was clear and fast

I will update this review once I have a successful payout with this company, but until then, I have to commend the service that seems to be available 24/7. There hasn’t been an issue or something that I needed help with that the staff has not been able to assist with. NORMAN and ANNA have been the reps to help me most recently. ARUM as well, when it came to relaying information from the back end team. IF this prop ends up paying me when the time comes, then I will say hands down that this is the best there is. Just hanging on to a little reservation until then. There also seem to be some pretty regularly occurring issues with accounts not updating on the clarity dashboard, or “server maintenance” happening that make things seem a little sketchy to someone who has not yet had a confirmed payment from this company. I love Clarity Traders. I gave it a 4 star because their payout schedule is every 14 days but then it takes an additional 3-5 business days to receive your payout via USDT. I would also like to see them offer more payout methods. These days us traders just want the money to go straight to the bank! Can’t wait until they offer Futures as well!

A reliable platform that delivers on its promises, with an instant account assigned after purchase, very competitive prices, and excellent customer service. My only suggestion would be to allow users to link their accounts to platforms such as MetaTrader 4 and 5, which is not currently possible! Otherwise, I appreciate the service!
