Melissa was a phenomenal guide. She made me feel comfortable and supported right from the start. She was genuinely enthusiastic about the book which made me feel like she was cheering for my success and not just "doing her job". Her guidance was phenomenal. She offered lots of tips that I could implement immediately. It not only prepared me for my on screen media interview, it's been incredibly helpful in improving my podcast interviews as well.

Jodi was fantastic and I'd highly recommend her for media training. Her broadcast experience makes her an expert coach who delivers valuable, practical feedback. Jodi is engaging and patient - she really listened to our participants and made them feel comfortable throughout the training. We've already booked our next training with her and look forward to working with other Clarity trainers too.

Karen is a fantastic person. She is very professional, and I learned a tremendous amount from her. The teaching is so easy to understand, and I can apply all the technics quickly and effortlessly!

Clarity Media with Karen Koh as lead presenter conducted the "Strategic Overview of Polished Communication Fundamentals for Presentations & On-Stage Events" to 90 Meta APAC Women@ attendees last January 13. We conducted a post event survey and garnered the following results: -Proportion of attendees who felt confident/very confident in preparing for presentations/on-stage events increased from 18% to 89% -90% would recommend the training to others Positive Feedback include: -Practical, actionable, straightforward tips -‘Live’ examples -Continuation via Yoodli software Points for improvement include: -Minimal audience engagement -Low energy of presenter (upon start of presentation)

The media training really facilitated my understanding on how I can represent the organisation effectively, should the need arise. Very privileged to get guidance from a trainer who has had a very prominent media career. It was great to go through a real-world experience and learn how to navigate the interview process.

Jodi was terrific. Clear, simple tips on speaking and answering questions. Great examples. I would recommend her to anyone.

Clarity did a great job of making the information practical, actionable and real-time through practice.

I highly recommend Bill McGowan and Clarity Media Group to any authors, executives, or leaders of any kind who need help simplifying, clarifying and amplifying their core ideas and messages. After I finished writing Never Search Alone: The Job Search Playbook – a process that took 10 years and work with thousands of senior executives, I met with Bill to refine my narrative and come up with concise memorable ways to frame the message of the book. He did that and it's had a big impact in getting out the message of this fundamentally new way to look for a job – it's also played a key role in helping me build a volunteer-driven community of support for all job seekers around the world. Bill's insights were so helpful that I now recommend non-fiction authors hire Clarity Media Group *early* on in their writing journey. I plan to do that for my next book. Final note: there's no good word or phrase to describe what Bill does so well. Media training is not even close. It definitely includes media training, but it's more strategic and impactful than that. Content strategist might be better, but that's an abstract phrase that also doesn't capture the strategic and transformative nature of the work. Bill is a best-in-class simplifier and amplifier. And *every* author/executive/leader needs that kind of help.
