Had a couple of great sessions with Karen, both in groups and individually. I loved the immediately actionable tips and tricks which helped improve my delivery markedly in just an hour. I'd love to spend more time doing this with a wider variety of communication contexts/types of presentations.

Bill is brilliant - in a couple of sessions I got a series of specific, actionable tips that have made an instant difference in interviews, and even in pitches and other times you need to get your message across. They analyse your style through historic videos, roleplays etc, understand your business and help you refine how you communicate the benefits. Jen is a real pro and I've found our sessions to be extremely helpful in preparing me for media interviews. I've learned to adopt my own communication strategy with the media (i.e. having silver bullet themes and recognizing which questions match to these themes). Also I've gained insight into my speaking style -- what is effective and what I need to adjust so I don't get stumped by a question.

This media training was incredibly useful and informative, not just for my next media experience, but for any time I'm sharing information about our brand. Jen made the presentation during the first hour of training captivating and packed with relatable examples.
