Bill started by creating a very safe environment where I felt very comfortable to start with. The recording of the session allows for instant feedback pointing at specific issues. The feedback that Bill provided was excellent, most of it very practical, easy to remember / implement. I would always go to Bill before I had to deliver a big / important presentation for a quick rehearsal session. I know that would make a difference

One of the most impactful trainings I have attended in my career. Not only was the general overview for the team full of tips and tactics to be aware off, but most importantly it was delivered in such an engaging way that it got immediately applied in the 1-1 session. Bill is not only incredibly skilled at what he does - he also created a safe space and gave targeted feedback in such an effective way that I feel like I attended much more than a 1 hr session.

Melissa was the ultimate teacher. This was our CEO's first time participating in a media training. We both found it incredibly useful, and he was noticeably more confident and on-message in an interview with a tier 1 business publication shortly after. He took away a number of things from Melissa, but what was probably most useful was learning the value of preparation in advance, going in with a clear vision of the story we want to tell, and how to set boundaries to control the conversation and bring it back to the company. Melissa was the perfect mix of direct and friendly. She made our CEO feel safe and comfortable while also pushing him with her journalist hat on. Her and the team were very communicative leading up to the day of the training. We are anxiously awaiting our next session with her.
