Karen is a great coacher. She provided me with background knowledge on giving a presentation, and give me rooms to practice. She also gave a lot of helpful feedbacks, which helped me to identify my weakness and explore ways to improve. Highly recommend the course for anyone who needs improvement in making presentation.

The best part of a session with Bill is when you immediately put into practice what you learnt and he records you.
