Defective hearing aid (intermittent charging issues) replaced promptly and without issue. Replacements work as expected. Excellent sound, ease of use, and clear instructions. Excellent purchase. Considering also buying the Pixie model as an when it is once again available depending on price. Great company!

Zepp Clarity's customer support is the best! Though I've had bad luck with faulty earpieces the issues were easily resolved with quick response by email and by phone. The Zepp hearing aids work very well for my hearing condition and I highly recommend them.

It is very convenient since it lasts a whole day I put it into my ears until I go to bed when I put it into a charger. Now I can hear sounds that I totally missed and my conversations with my family and friends are possible.
