The Omni works great for me and has made a big difference in my life. In talking with friends who have hearing aids I paid a tenth of what they paid and have more features. Their customer service is without equal

Top notch customer service, quick shipping of a replacement hearing aid. From sales to service all departments are great. I can’t recommend them highly enough. If there was six stars I would give Zepp Clarity that rating!!!
