Customer service is fantastic. I had problems with the unit over my ear falling off and could not try the aid. They tried to help but everything I tried did not work and got frustrated so I ask for a refund. As soon as they got the unit back I received my refund. As soon as I can afford it I will try the more expensive unit and will order it from them. For sure will recommend them to anybody I know.

After several pairs these are ok. Still having a problem with connecting to the app at times.

Excellent customer service from Janna. I’m very pleased with the product despite a truly terrible website and marketing. But, having spoken with Janna I put aside reservations I had with the lack of credible marketing materials and product info. I’m pleased I did but can only imagine how many others might be steered away by cheap AI imagery and flimsy product info on the site. Quality product nonetheless that’s worth the try.
