Sent my hearing aids back 4 weeks ago not heard a thing just get an email saying its being dealt with biggest scam dont buy

Total scam. Did nothing to improve my hearing. Requested a refund after 7 days (well within the normal 14 days cooling off period). They offeed me 20% refund to keep them. I said no. Then they offered 30% then 40%. I insisted I wanted a refund. They finally agreed with a shipping address in China (at my expense - £25.90 )and then told me there was a Standard £35 return handling and processing fee. so for the £69 I paid I got £8.10 back

I 'am another caught by this scam company. Purchased and found it wont fit into my left ear Asked for a refund. Went thru the 25 35 45 % offer I refused wanted a full refund. They sent a Chinese address and told £35 deposit. Currently trying to claim back thru my Visa card. I'm not holding my breath. P

Would rate this and others in this category zero rating. Not a UK company. Product does not work. Refunds not realistic, have to return to china. Postage and reibursement fee add up to more than you already paid. AVOID ITS A SCAM none of their marketing terms and conditions apply.

I bought these a week ago, no contact from them and my hearing aids still have not been shipped. Save your money look like scammers as not a UK company as stated in there ad. Stay clear

This company is a complete joke. Useless device. Refunds a blatant misrepresentation. Customer service appalling. Not even worth the 1 star. My fight with them continues.

Do not buy from this company, I ordered one pair of hearing aids thinking that £69 wasn't much to chance especially if if I could send them back for a full refund, so ordered them after checkout I noticed that they had added a second pair, I immediately emailed them to cancel one pair, next day got a reply that it was to late to cancel as they had already been dispatched but I could return them when they arrived which took about four days, when they arrived the right ear one wouldn't work despite trying all the so called troubleshooting, so I tried the other pair all they would do is whistle. Decided to return, there is no GB return office had to send back to China which would incur a £35.00 handling fee but they would offer me various different persentage options of refund to keep them, if they don't work what's the point, not wanting the performance of returning to China I agreed on 50% I now have two pairs of aids that don't work. PLEASE BE AWARE THIS COMPANY IS OUT TO RIP YOU OFF. If I had known they were from China I doubt I would have bought them.

Scam.THEY DO NOT WORK. DO NOT BUY. TRY RO RETURN AND THEY WANT £35 to return them. DO NOT BUY THESE.
