Working with Clairamor has been a great experience! I wanted my fiance to have a ring that she would love and the people at Clairamor delivered! My fiance worked with the team and designed the perfect ring. They were responsive to every question that we had and I felt that they were true partners in working together to deliver the best quality ring possible. The team is top notch and provided a first class A+ experience. I worked with Cameron, Abby and Jenny who were all wonderful. I would not hesitate to recommend Clairamor to anyone looking to create a ring that will bring smiles and joy to your partner. My fiance stares at her ring multiple times a day and has a huge smile every time she looks at it. She gets many compliments from other women that see the ring on her finger and it's just about every day I hear a new story about how someone stopped her to compliment her on the ring. She's so happy and the ring has exceeded all expectations. I wish I could take all of the credit for the ring, but I can just take credit for being smart enough to work with Clairamor.

Exceptional customer service is an understatement. When we discovered a defect with the ring, that could have happened from any jeweler, Clairamor immediately took action to make it right. They went above and beyond by having a brand-new ring made and shipped to us right away, so we never had to go without an engagement ring. We honestly don't think we would have received this unparalleled level of care from any other jeweler. To top it off, their prices were better than any of the local shops. I worked with Jenny and Abby to create my stunning engagement ring and they made the process so easy. I was skeptical with working with an online retailer but truly, this company is the real deal and the customer service is incredible. Jenny accommodated my multiple alterations to the design and I was really impressed with how quickly they got back to me and how thorough they were with any questions I had. And when I say quick, they responded to my emails as if we were texting, which made it so easy to make alterations. They really made me feel at ease with the whole process. I cannot rave about this company enough. They are truly in this industry to give people their dream rings at a reasonable cost, much cheaper than anything you can get in stores, and they are fully transparent with their process. They even offered a complimentary gift in exchange for being tagged on Instagram, which I have never heard of any other company doing, considering I am not an influencer. I will be spreading word of their exceptional business to anyone in the market for a custom engagement ring because they are the best!
