I started working with Clairamor having no experience with custom ring design. I was amazed at how well Cameron was able to translate my ideas into renders and with all the quick and patient feedback I got as we designed my ring. We talked through budget, feasibility, and timelines with ample clarity so by the time I was handing over the reins to my now fiancé (nearly 1 year later!), all of our communication had been so well documented and clear that it made for a seamless transition. The quality of both customer service and craftsmanship far exceeded expectations and I look forward to working with Clairamor again for another piece — in the meantime, I'll be recommending Clairamor to any prospective newlyweds as a wonderful company to collaborate with to bring a dream design to life. Working with the Clairamor team was amazing! They were extremely prompt in responding to the many emails that we were sending back and forth to work out all of the details for my fiancée's custom engagement ring. Cameron was very receptive to all of the things we wanted such as the unique cut of the diamond, the width of the band, the metal types for the band and setting, the prong types, and so many other requests we had. The team even sent a few 3-D modeled versions of the ring to make sure my fiancée would be happy with the fit of the band and size of the stone. My fiancée absolutely LOVES the ring, so I could not be happier with my experience working with the Clairamor team and with the ring they created for us!!

Overall, the process with Clairamor was great. They provide 3D mockups of the design you’re looking for if going custom, and have great pricing compared to other vendors. Turnaround time for this ring was very quick compared to other sellers I was looking at, even though it took me a year to finalize the design! I’m thankful for their patience and kindness throughout this process.
