Migration of RE7 -> RENXT and needed an integrator
We migrated from Raiser's Edge 7 to Raiser's Edge NXT and still needed to provide integration to our on-premise Counterpoint POS systems. C&K Systems allowed us to do that and worked with our internal teams extensively to ensure that the API integration worked well and was efficient. They were responsive and listened to our needs, up to and including regular updates to the software when we needed changes. Fantastic organization if you're looking to integrate with your systems. However, we ran into some initial issues that required an extra client call where they automatically made modifications to our on‑premise API without prior authorization or consent from the client (remoting in, etc). Once we settled on proper protocol—scheduling time with the client and working out when to deploy the changes—everything was smooth after that. I would definitely encourage anyone looking to integrate cloud‑to‑on‑premise solutions to consider this solution.
