Worst costumer service ever
Worst costumer service ever! Don’t waste your time. I tried several times to talk to them and got nothing but silence. Go elsewhere for your parts!!!

CJ the must go to company!
Been using CJ pony parts for a couple of years now and found them a very good company to deal with,especially when problems arise, they are quick to rectify them. Recently had a problem with an order I placed a while ago,Cynthia did an excellent job of sorting it out. For as long as I have a mustang I'll be using CJ.

Délai de livraison vers la France
Clients depuis de nombreuses années, ils ont changé de transporteur. Les prix des transports pour la France n’ont pas changé mais les délais oui. Commande en cours, près de 10 jours pour dédouaner un colis à Paris et le livrer à Lille. 3 demandes d’assistance faites a CJ sans réponse de leur part. A fuir sauf si vraiment pas pressé.

Absolut schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Ware war miserabel verpackt und Teile sind auf dem Weg verloren gegangen. Telefonwarteschleife über 300min (von Deutschland nach America!!!!!) Echt teuer! Mails wurden nur selten bis garnicht beantwortet. Ersatz oder Geld nie erhalten. Werde nie wieder dort bestellen. Bestelle lieber wie gewohnt bei NPD.

Avoid like the plague!
Total garbage customer service ordered 2 items which obviously were not in stock then they put the wrong postcode on one of the parcels which delayed it even more and took about 3 weeks before they even shipped the items! one of the parcels was so poorly packaged the item looked like it had been beaten with a baseball bat. could even get through to the customer service line the second parcel still hasn't turned up 6 weeks later!!

I purchased a steering gear box from…
I purchased a steering gear box from CJPony and it was missing 3 bolts that hold the steering shaft housing on the gear box. I called, but nobody would answer ( don't bother ), I emailed and told them about the 3 missing bolts. They told me it didn't come with bolts. Sent email explaining the 3 bolts held the steering gear box together and they were an integral part of the steering gear box. They they told me they checked with another employee and that the part didn't come with 3 bolts. I sent a picture of the part they sent me and a picture of their web site showing the bolts that were missing. They sent me an email saying they would refund the price of the part but I had to pay the shipping because the part didn't come with 3 bolts. If you have any problems communicating with them I suggest crayons because they cant read a email or read a picture. I would give them 0 stars out of 5 but can't submit a review without at least one star. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I should have read the reviews about CJPony before buying. Buyer "beware".
