I found this tour company on Google, I've never heard of it before, I typically go on ghost tours with the place on Steinwehr. Pricing for the tour I did was similar, for a few extra bucks I could've got an extended tour. Jen was the tour guide and did a good job. They offer ghost hunts as well.
