Brian & the team are very responsive to evaluate the loan, give you rates & let you know all of the documentation required. They work to close deals faster than they state & are always available for questions. If they state they are going through with the loan (as long as all the facts can be verified) they will get it closed on time & with the rates they originally gave you. It's nice to feel secure knowing that you have a professional team behind you.
