I have worked with Civic Financial Services on few transactions and they are the best to work with when it comes to private deals. Very professional and responsive. They have always exceeded expectations for me and my team We will recommend Civic to other people and plan to use the company for future deals

I am so pleased with Civic Financial Services. I have closed many loans with them and they have never failed my expectations. They are prompt with underwriting, approvals and closing. All my clients are very happy with Civic. Civic is the first place I go when a loan comes in my office. Thanks to every one at Civic Financial Services. Keep up the good work.

Exceptional lender. ...they actually did what they said they would do, which is almost unheard of amongst lenders ! Straightforward, fast, efficient and honest... I have worked with real estate lenders over 40 years, and put this team with the elite few. Special thanks to Cameron, who made the process a pleasure ...

We just took a loan for the first time to buy property, and Civic Financial Services did a fantastic Job in providing the loan for us on a timely manner. William was very patient and didn't push us to take the loan when we were not ready, and kept checking in professionally if there was something else we needed before ma king the decision. We are happy about the rates, the service and the quick response. Don Sade - Co owner at Biggerequity.com
