Matt Rabinowitz was extremely proficient and straightforward. When an answer was not off the top of his head he was able to retrieve it with a quick response and accurate answer. everything occurred as planned, no big surprises, the transaction closed the way we expected it to no Slingbox or misinformation. Matt was extremely patient and professional and I would recommend civic and Matt to anyone.

A++++ Great lender and great service. Super fast response times to all phone calls and emails. Easy to work with. They did everything they said they would do. I can trust them with my clients and I will be sending many more deals their way going forward. Thank you.
