Zac Miller was absolutely great! Extremely professional, honest, reliable, attentive, and knowledgeable of all Civic products and guidelines. We had a very pleasant experience with the way our first loan was handled at Civic and how smooth the process was. The entire team that worked on our loan did an amazing job at communicating all that was needed from the very beginning. We are looking forward to sending more loan submissions to Civic.

It was my first experience, read too many articles and did more than 20 calls before I decide that this is the best company, my process was smooth and Alan went above and beyond to answer my questions and provide guidance and insight, he and his team are so professional and I already started referring friends in similar situations, would recommend it for everyone wants less pain in hard money.

Matt was very responsive throughout our multi property refinance. He and his team did an excellent job of communicating hurdles and checkpoints as we progressed through the process. They also offer investor friendly loan products that are difficult to find from other lenders. Would reccommend to other investors.
