I would give Cameron 5 stars if I could. He works hard, tries to stay ahead of the game, communicates well with everyone on the team to keep things rolling. He is great to work with very patience with educating on things I wasn’t familiar with. Since the rating is based on Civic as a whole I gave 4 stars only due to the timing of the underwriters to review and approve. I understand it was the holiday, but each extended day costed money per day. However, I would definitely use Civic again because Cameron is a go getter and harder worker.

Loan rep asks for conditions that were already satisfied, or ask for it "last minute" instead of "slow time"

Everyone worked hard on my loan file and surprisingly the estimated costs and rates going into the loan were also reflected at the time of closing. I would especially like to thank Kevin Victoria, Loan officer / Account Executive and Haley Barton of CW Title who was my closing agent. Great Job!

I would recommend working with Brian from Civic Financial Services. He is knowledgeable, hard-working, and dedicated to making sure his clients' needs are met. I was especially impressed by his dedication to go above and beyond in his research to make sure the client's goals are achieved.

If every transaction is easy, then everyone would have been doing real estate investment. Getting funding for Ahaolelo Road was no different. We were placed in a very challenging position where our 15k EMD was about to be forfeited due fraudulent second lien position. Though it was very difficult to move forward after our business account was place on hold, we were able to persevere and close a week a half later. Cameron played a key role in making that happen.

We’ve had issue after issue, but Eric kept us going with his positive attitude. Paul went out of his way to make sure that we were looked after and felt genuinely bad for the delay. After all was said and done we closed today and all is well.
