CIVIC Financial ServicesReviews of civicfs.com

Justin Cohen is a true professional. Someone who says what he does and does what he says! I have had a number of years dealing with Account Executives and I can honestly say he rates at the. top of the list. No pressure, just an awesome guy! Thanks again to Civic for having him work on my account.

The team at Civic Financial were very informative, diligent and walked us through the process every step of the way. They pressed through the final steps at the deadline to help get us closed on time. We look forward to continuing this relationship on our future projects.

I would definitely recommend Civic Financial for your real estate needs. They make the process seamless and Cameron Esquivel was the best to work with to get my transaction closed.

Civic Financial is second to none in providing quick and reliable lending. I was presented a property opportunity but needed a cash out refinance done in 4 days. Ryder Byrne and Michael Hoyt pushed it through quickly and with very little effort required on my part. I highly recommend Civic to any investor looking to grow their portfolio.

Civic Financial Services did a great job with our loan. They looked at our experience as a renovation company and gave us a very competitive rate. They were also very responsive, funding our loan within about 7 business days of our completed application, which was necessary to secure the subject property for this property. We would look forward to funding another project with Civic Financial Services in the future and we would recommend them to the reader as well.

Peter is personable and makes the experience smooth and seamless. It means a lot to our business to have this great relationship.

A number of product options made it easy to tailor the loan to our needs. Process was simple, communication was frequent and follow up to ensure everything was on track was valuable.
