CIVIC Financial ServicesReviews of civicfs.com

Good experience. Longer process than expected. Reps are Kind & professional.

Great to work with.

Steven Fisher is 5 stars. Processing a bit less. I intend to bring my business to civic, and hope i can give them an overall 5 stars next time. Just to be clear i am giving steven fisher a 5 Star Ratig.

Overall a good experience. Some communication issues that caused some redundancy in providing the information required, but overall a good transaction and was able to close within the timeframe given. They should probably be a little more upfront about the additional processing fees that are incurred on top of the points and interest.

First Thing: The Conditions needed to be cleared before to go to the appraisal Second Thing: The BPO not is good for the borrower the benefit only for Civic Financial Services more equity take Need change the appraisal policy and go back to the normal appraisal report. Arnold Podrebarac did good job ; Congratulations

Got us to the closing table quickly.

Fairly easy transaction. Thank you.

We were reassured that closing would be on time. However we lost 1 week because of situations out of my control. I feel that could have been avoided if some questions were asked sooner. Now I will be fully prepared for that next time.
