This was my first time working with Mark Liker for a hard money loan. I switched to him from my previous hard money lender, as he came highly recommended from a wholesaler friend of mine. Justin and his team were amazing during the process of getting our loans and refinances. They were on top of getting all of our paperwork in as fast as they could. On our last transaction we ended up closing within a week. They always kept us in the loop with every step within the process.
