A lender I can trust always!

Brian FUNG and Kailyn Obenauer went above and beyond to make our loan closed smoothly without any hiccups. They were both in constant communication with us to let us know the status of our loan and to ensure everything would be completed in a timely manner. They really exceeded my expectations as I have done many loans with other lenders. I have already recommended Brian to my fellow agents and friends. Thank you Brian and Kailyn! We look forward to many more loans together.

This is the third time we work with Brian and Kailyn from Civic. And they are the best people you can ask for work with from a lender! They make everything so easy so fast and so smooth. Zero headache during the whole transaction, we will stay with them for sure in future for more flip business!

Always a great experience working with Civic. Very professional, excellent service and helpful every step of the way. Specifically, I've worked with Whit and Vanessa and those two are awesome!
