Still to this day they are my only go to supplier. They dispatch orders fast and I’ve never once had a parcel get lost/go missing/not turn up, the little addition of a few sweets added to the parcel still makes me laugh but cannot fault the service at all

Be very careful with these guys right now. I am almost certain they are doing an exit scam now. Sad really because I have been using them for about two years with zero problems. Things started to get suspicious around Xmas 2025 when I ordered 4g off kief and a 3.5 of flower of of them. The kief showed up but no flower, I have tried in vein to contact them to no avail. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered a 3.5 of mexicanna static hash (£69.99 btw) and yeah you guessed it...no delivery, sigh. I couldn't give a f*uck now I got plenty more plugs. So if you see this cityofcanna and you sort it out ASAP, then I will rate you five stars and if not you can do one and karma will get ya. Just a friendly warning... UPDATE!!!!!!!!!! I can't believe it! Hahaha 😂 these guys are the shit. I totally redact everything I said, just literally my pack arrived with a kindly written letter apologieing. Can't believe it! @city of canna. Anyways my sincere apologies for judging too soon, as we all know the internet is minefield for ordering. But yeah guys, sound af. Take care 👍😊❤️ Love always❤️💚♥️

Have been using them for a while, always prompt service on payment, had reason to contact them regarding an order, and was resolved within half an hour. Would recommend to all. Pricing consistent with coffee shop pricing. Amsterdam without the flight
