DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CITY LENDING THEY ARE LIARS AND FRAUD I HAVE 690 FICO AND GREAT INCOME TO DEBT THIS COMPANY IOS A FRAUD PROMISED TO EXPEDITE THE FINANCING AND GET ME A CAR BUT THE REP NEVER EVEN CALLED THE CAR DEALER NEVER CALLED ME BACK WHEN I FOLLOWED UPN THE NEXT DAY A NEW RUDE REP TOLD ME THAT GUY IS NOT HERE I DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT YOUR CASE AND WE ONLY FINANCE CARS THROUGH HYUNDAI NO ONE ELSE? IT WAS LATE SO THE NEXT DAY I CALLED THE DEALER TO BUY THE CAR ANY HOW AND LET THEM FINANCE ME BUT THEY SOLD THE CAR THAT AFTERNOON DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CITY DONT LOSE AN OPPORTUNITY TI LIES AND EMPTY PROMISES

I thought this was an actual bank but…
I thought this was an actual bank but it is not!! I’m not sure where all of these positive reviews came from but they’re misleading! I have negative equity in my current car loan and th dealership they sent me to tried to sell me a 2018 Jeep Compass for $850/month. That’s almost double what I currently pay! This was a complete waste of my time. Needless to say, I took my keys and left!

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. The dealership kept me waiting for over 2 hours over a 2 day period just to refinance my car.

I was lured into the dealership by…
I was lured into the dealership by getting a letter from City lending! When I got there I was to ask for Mr. Green we’ll come to find out there’s no Mr. Green that works there! It was all to get my credit ran and to get financed for a higher note! This is just to get you there and CL couldn’t help out at all! I’m very angry that I even gave this a chance!
