Scammers. 100%. They admit via telegram it is a scam, they said "we won't jeopardize our reputation because of that". On top of the money scammed they asked *The delivery department needs you to make a payment of €100 for an fda approved stamp to avoid further complications."

Complete scam company, they took my $160 and apparently gave it to a shipping company called “speedyshipment” on a Sunday which is super weird and then asked for an extra $250 for “fda stamp” I then proceeded to ask for a refund and they told me no even though I never got anything. Avoid at all costs! Super shady website with fake reviews. Lost $160 and will be reporting this to my bank soon.. I lost all contact with them after asking for a refund and said I will be reporting them as a scam, I showed proof of every interaction and they refused to reply to me after I knew it was a scam.
