Citrus America, Inc.Reviews of citrusamerica.com

The customer service has been outstanding, and always ready to answer any of my questions.

As an equipment dealer with years of experience in the industry, I’ve had the pleasure of working with numerous manufacturers and their representatives. However, my recent experience with Citrus America Juice Machines and their manufacturer’s representative, Butkevich Associates Inc., truly stands out as exemplary. When the Cohasset School District approached us with a request for high-quality, durable juice machines, we knew Citrus America was the perfect fit. From the very beginning, Butkevich Associates Inc. provided unparalleled support and expertise. They worked closely with us through every step of the process, ensuring that the needs of the Cohasset School District were not only met but exceeded. The entire process, from the initial demo to the final installation, was seamless. Butkevich Associates Inc. was instrumental in coordinating each stage, including the precise pricing, efficient shipping, and meticulous building of the equipment. Their dedication to excellence was evident in the smooth execution of a second demo, which was necessary to showcase the machines’ capabilities to the school district’s decision-makers. The Citrus America Juice Machines themselves are a testament to superior engineering and design. The quality of the juice produced is unmatched, and the machines are both user-friendly and incredibly reliable. The Cohasset School District has expressed their satisfaction with the product, and we have already seen the positive impact these machines are having on the students and staff. Butkevich Associates Inc. demonstrated an impressive level of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. Their ability to address any concerns promptly and their deep knowledge of the Citrus America product line made the entire experience as stress-free as possible. I highly recommend Citrus America Juice Machines to any school district, restaurant, or facility looking for top-tier juice equipment. And with Butkevich Associates Inc. representing them, you can rest assured that you’re in the best hands possible. This collaboration has been nothing short of outstanding, and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

The juicer is fantastic! There are a lot of moving parts, but it is pretty easy to clean. The only recommendation I have, is to have a bucket supplied to catch the peels. The buckets we have are too short and the juice goes everywhere. Update: since my review, a bucket has been supplied and we are so grateful for their quick response to our needs. Thank you so much!

The team at Citrus America has been fantastic. The advice they’ve given me has been excellent. Sandy and Jacob have provided excellent training and support every step of the way. I started with a Revolution when we were juicing lower volumes but, in the meantime, my juicing business has grown greatly. Citrus America helped me upgrade my juicer with a trade-in and I’ve upgraded to a Fantastic M/AS. This is a team you can trust and they’re there when you need them.
