sent watch in for warranty repair had the watch 6 weeks only to be told its accidental damage what a load of rubbish there was no damage on the watch even the shop assistant checked it over before sending back to citizen all that was wrong that the radio control had stopped functioning ...said water in watch needed a new glass watch is rated at 200m wanted to charge £175 to repair . AVOID THEY DO ANYTHING NOT TO HONOR THE WARRENTY CITEZEN NEVER AGAIN KEEPING TO SEIKO !!!!!!

Watch strap link pin came out rendering it unwearable, after sending it for repair I was informed that it was not a repairable link and would need a whole new strap. It is supposed to Guaranteed for 5 years for defective parts I consider this a defect. However they returned it and I will get local man in market to fix it for £5-00.

I bought my wife a an ecodrive watch whilst going on holidays on a Jet2 flight in october last year at £80 it seemed a really good buy. The watch started to steam up on a regular basis, it was not immersed in water, owing to the covid limitations at the start of the year we were unable to send the watch to citizen for repair as it is still under guarentee, when we finally managed to send the watch for repair citizen gave us a quote for £67 to SERVICE the watch stating that the watch had been immersed in water and so not covered by the guarantee this is absolutely not true and I am disgusted that a top rated company would try and wriggle out of repairing a faulty watch, do not buy a citizen watch because I wont again.
