Hello, We take these concerns seriously. All of our tracking numbers are valid and can be verified directly through the official shipping carrier’s website. However, we’re unable to find any order associated with your account. If you have purchased from us, please contact us privately with your order number so we can investigate immediately. We kindly ask that reviews reflect genuine purchasing experiences and verified information. Thank you.

I’d like to clarify that the item you ordered was a poster without a frame. The higher price is due to the use of premium quality paper, which ensures a more vibrant and long-lasting print compared to standard posters. We truly appreciate your understanding, and please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions. Best regards,
