I am very upset. I ordered several shirts only received half attempted to contact someone and only got automatic reply. This is not only my money but others I work with. There should be a way to contact someone. I do plan to contact the Better Business Bureau concerning this matter. We ordered in January these were Valentines shirts and now its Feb 15.

I ordered 2 tshirts on 04/05/21. I received them a month later. After multiple attempts to contact the company through email and calling their useless customer service. I will never order from this company again.

I have yet to receive 2 orders which I spent enough money on. These people suck and I just want my money back at this point . I place an order in the beginning of April and yet another order in the middle of April and have NOT received 1 order to date. They got a one star for there fluckery website!

Unfortunately I did not have as good of an experience as most. I ordered a cute Christmas tshirt in NOVEMBER thinking it would be shipped and delivered in time to wear it a few times to work. I am a respiratory therapist and thought it would be a cute fun shirt to wear considering we are in a pandemic and the shirt had a Santa with a mask on and it read "Merry and Masked Christmas 2020" never got the shirt. Late January still no shirt so I emailed and asked for a refund but supposedly all they could do is re-send my order but because it was a Christmas 2020 shirt it benefits me in NO way in February of 2021:( what the heck am Im going to do with a Christmas 2020 tshirt in 2021??? and it was the company's fault I didn't receive my order but yet they can't send me a refund. Item came yesterday and the shirt is cute just like expected but I have No need for it. Will NEVER order from this company again EVER.

I ordered a t-shirt back in November for a Christmas present for a friend, it didn't arrive when I contacted them they said it must have got lost in the post (this was 6 weeks later). They refuse to give me a refund for the item which was $28 and said they'd send me another t-shirt. I don't want a Christmas t-shirt in January! They keep sending ridiculous emails saying they are sorry for my frustration but can't refund my money! Absolute shocking service and I've had to open a PayPal dispute to try to reclaim my money. Avoid at all costs. Terrible customer service.

Ordered a Christmas shirt on November 28, 2020. Never received it, order stopped and untraceable now. No customer service whatsoever, email response is coming from robots not real people. Phone call is automatic to and pointless. Chat line doesn’t work. No refund because they did the job and shipped it. Do not trust the company, not reliable and no customer service at all!

Ordered a Santa’s favourite paramedic for a colleague on 27th Nov. Supposedly shipped 16th Dec, now 7th of Jan and not arrived!! No means of contact and utterly pointless now we are into Jan anyway!! £25 lost.... will NOT be making any other orders
