I ordered a TShirt "Santa's Favorite RN" to wear at work for Christmas. It was guaranteed by Christmas. Did not come til just today. No need for this shirt now. Refused the shipment and sending back. Poor Customer service. Will not order from them again.

I ordered an ornament on 12/1 and they haven’t even started it on 12/24. This was a Christmas gift. They are only willing to give me 10% off and I asked for a full refund.

The print on my 2020 Christmas Grinch was terrible. I filed a claim and as a result I get another sweatshirt. It took over a month to get that one and now even if the next one is printed correctly.. It will arrive after Christmas.

I ordered a $300 order, a couple hours after, I realized that some of the shirts said a different thing on them. My mistake, yes. I called them. You can not talk to a person. You can only request to modify or cancel order or track your order. So then I did a live chat with them. Twice. The first time the person didn't hesitate to tell me no about changing to the other wording. Said that the order was already processed. However, according to tracking it is not going out till next week. The second chat, the "same" person said he would look into it. They acknowledged that I just wanted one word changed. I told them which shirts needed changed and they said that they would look into it. I also offered to pay extra to get this changed. End result was that the shirts will not be changed, because they are already "processed". I was excited about surprising my ER crew with these shirts. The past month has been rough on us, and we work Christmas. Now, I am just frustrated and out of money. Shop with a more reputable company.
