Complete scam! There was a delay on the app so I called to get more info. I thought I was talking to the airline and they try to tell you it's the airline. My fault for clicking a google search link thinking it was AA.com but they make the site look like AA.com. They told me my flight was cancelled and they could get me on another flight for an extra $110 per ticket. I needed to get home that day and gave them my cc info. Luckily they told me to respond to the email to confirm the charges. This step, had I done it, makes it so the cc company wont refund you since you authorize it in writing. I thought for a second this was weird and told them to cancel everything. Then I found the real number and of course our flight was fine, just a little delayed. I am always telling my elderly parents to watch out for scams and here I was about to fall for one. Stay far away from this company!

Complete Scam. Stay far far away. Be careful when you cal any airline. mak esure you are talking to the airline not to scammers like these. Luckily i didnt lose any money ....i noticed the email looked funny,.

Very bad experience. They canceled my air line tickets and send me an email saying that they will refund the price and just sent me 1% of the ticket. They said the were air france and that´s not true. Im very sad about it. I lost a lot of money.

Stay clear of this company! They ripped me off. They posed as Turkish Airlines when I called to cancel a very expensive flight. They said they canceled the flight and charged me $750 cancellation fee per the terms of the ticket. They never canceled my flight and kept the 750. No refund - a loss of over $7000! They went as far as to write me and tell me the refund was initiated.

Beware these people are frauds I booked a flight with Southwest then I needed to cancel for a later date so I googled "cancel flight with Southwest" it lead me to them they pretended to be Southwest Airlines charged me $200.00 to cancel my trip to later find out South West doesn't charge for their cancellation...I was scammed! Douglas Wilson refused to reimburse me my money back, out of $200. and without a job this ordeal has been very stressful. Don't do business with this place. MU
