Mycket dålig service, trist attityd, ofta skadade bilar och ingen direkt styrsel på papperen kring det eller avtalen. Slarvigt och oprofessionellt. Kundservice under alla kritik.

Sinds de overname van de Total Club door Circle K lijkt het wat mis te lopen: 21/05: Ik probeer met m'n Total Club kaart te tanken om pechverhelping te activeren, maar deze blijkt gedesactiveerd te zijn. Ik begrijp dat dit in de algemene voorwaarden staat, maar een automatisch mailtje uitsturen voor deze te activeren lijkt me nu wel basis ... Een medewerker van de klantenservice geeft aan dat ik naar het Total station op de Mechelsesteenweg in Edegem kan gaan om daar een nieuwe kaart aan te vragen zodat deze kan geactiveerd worden en de punten van de vorige kaart kunnen worden over gezet. De shop daar lijkt niet meer te bestaan. Ik rij verder naar Total Waarloos (ri Brussel); de medewerker en zijn manager daar hebben geen weet van Circle K kaarten. Terug naar af dus Een medewerker van de helpdesk is er wel in geslaagd om m'n kaart weer te activeren, maar de verzamelde punten zijn (in tegenstelling tot eerder bericht) kwijt, maar de kaart zou weer kunnen toegevoegd worden aan m'n account. 27 mei: Ik probeer de kaart weer toe te voegen, maar dit lukt niet. Een helpdesk medewerker geeft aan dat ik me naar een shop moet begeven om een nieuwe kaart te vragen (had ik al gedaan; de shop medewerkers wisten van niets). Een nieuwe kaart met de post opsturen zou ook gaan, maar iets later lukt dit weer niet ... 2 Juni: ik rij naar Total Waarloos (ri Antwerpen) om een nieuwe kaart op te halen; hoewel de collega (potentieel terecht) commentaar heeft op de kennis van zijn collega's aan de overkant van de snelweg; geeft hij me de verkeerde kaart mee (wat ik pas later merk, gezien dit niet staat aangegeven op de kaart). 4 juni: Ik probeer deze nieuwe kaart te registreren, maar dit lukt niet, omdat dit een kaart specifiek voor transportbedrijven is. De helpdesk probeert me te helpen door een nieuwe kaart aan te vragen en op te sturen, maar dit lukt niet. Wederom wordt ik naar een shop gestuurd. De tijd en gereden kilometers voor deze farce zal ik nooit terugkrijgen. Het begint eerder op een incentive te lijken voor Total om meer brandstof te verkopen en de tijd van hun klanten te verdoen dan een extra service om klanten te motiveren bij Total te tanken ipv bij de concurrentie. De medewerkers van de helpdesk zijn in de meeste gevallen heel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig, maar de interne organisatie en policies van Circle K lijken echt totaal nergens naar.

Associate at location on airport rd in Slidell, Louisiana was very rude and disrespectful when I entered the store to purchase gas. When I stated I needed gas, the male associate rolled his eyes and let out a huge sigh. I asked associate if there was a problem and did I need to go somewhere else to spend my money and he said yes then walked away. I proceeded to ask associate his name to which he replied “don’t worry about that”. Complaint was filed but no one contacted me back about this horrible experience. Circle K doesn’t care how their associates treat paying customers. My advise would be to shop at a store where customers are treated with respect.

Today I was at a Circle K store in Slidell Louisiana on Airport Road where some renovation is taking place. I’ve been going to the store for over 10 years. there’s a plastic court that sits out in front of the store where the Place these 1 gallon bottles of windshield washer fluid Each gallon of water weighs 8 pounds to the gallon . They have at least 30 gallons of that fluid setting on the cart that I set on only because they didn’t have any gallons of windshield wiper fluid on the cart. This lady fat tall, white lady, along with another gentleman who’s probably her boss white guy with a beard he did not say anything, but he looked at her rather crazy when she told me I had to get up off the cart because I might break it. I weigh 197 pounds each gallon of water waste 8 pounds to the gallon times 30 equals 240 pounds that court has it on it at any given time this is the problem with some people exerting their authority when it’s not necessary however I got up and left. I even told her about the situation and how inappropriate she was and how her information was totally wrong. Why her supervisor the white gentleman with the beard just shook his head I will no longer be purchasing gas or any other products from Circle K I will take my business to the Chevron, which is .6 miles away from there.

I was in a rush bought a charger for my phone on Tuesday it was roughly $45 (which was overprice), then the next day I found out it wasn't exactly what I was look for. I came back on Wednesday and the staff refused and told me certain items like those charger are non-refundable even though there was no warning, no sign saying that and they wouldn't even give me at least credit (I would give them 0 stars for scamming me). I worked at the circle k in York Maine for about 6 months when I walked into the store it was completely trashed and there was dust everywhere so I cleaned the whole store I did my job and realized that everybody else just stood at the register for 8 hours a day and then I was let go because I defended myself when one of the laziest coworkers decided to tell me to go f myself because I was taking out trash circle k doesn't pay you crap and they screw over and they stab you in your back but they treat the employees that don't do anything better than they treat the ones that do everything circle k in York is a joke especially since manager is out on leave all they do is talk about each other and stab people in the back

1605 South Semoron Blvd Orlando Fl 32807 This is by far very worst Circle K anywhere. They will steal your money if are unfortunate enough to loose any form of credit card or debt card. Someone there was guilty of doing that to me in that store. Be careful do not trust them for anything.
