The in-store people were helpful, it is the online person who spoke so fast and threaten to hang up when I get frustrated and ask him to slow down. My issue is why does Circle K need my bank statement, utility bill and picture of my driver's license? Gas buddy did not require this information. I just asked Gasbuddy for a new card to replace the one I lost. On-line gentleman for Gasbuddy was very professional. Quite frankly. I feel I nearly got scammed by Circle K.

I would literally give negative stars if I could. This shop employs a woman who decided to have beef with me for no reason. I don't even know this woman's name, let alone what made her angry enough to risk being fired over not selling to customers. What's the point of a convenience store where employees get to decide they don't want to sell anything to you? I've worked this job before when I was younger, and the ONLY people I was instructed to refuse service to were drunks who were clearly too wasted to purchase more. PERIOD. Got videos of 2 of the times I tried to purchase. Both times I walk in quietly and am told to leave. FOR NO REASON. I am going to make those videos (youtube) public today. Every time I come in when she's there she refuses to sell me anything (including snacks). Three times is enough for me to take my money elsewhere. My husband's commercial fleet vehicles will also purchase gas elsewhere from now on. I hope the $14 or whatever you pay this woman is worth the large amounts of personal and commercial cash she has set your company up to lose. And I'll be leaving this review all over the internet. Hopefully others will make the same decision to steer clear of at least the 15 W Harrison Tucson 85748 location.

CricleK Carwash subscription is a rip off!!! Carwash will take $5 for credit card sales but not honor subscriptions for weeks at a time. Store employees and management say not our problem. Call the number on the website. (Which is not answered). Try communicating with the app and you get an incompetent reply after a week followed by no further replies. Try to cancel the subscription, it requires a pin number you don't have. If you made the mistake of signing up for this don't waste your time just dispute the credit card transaction.

The car wash subscription is terrible! Zero customer service support, no one reply email or pick up calls. The washing machine is always broken and you would waste time waiting in line then found out it’s not working for you. I also keep getting errors that the code is not acceptable. It’s really frustrating when you paid but not getting service. Worst car wash ever!

Dear Circle K: YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT IN YOUR COVINGTON, LA. STORE, ON HWY 190, YOUR TRASHY BLONDE EMPLOYEE ( THE ONE COVERED IN TATOOS ) WHO WORKS THE NIGHT SHIFT, NOT ONLY LOOKS SLEEZY BUT FREQUENTLY USES THE F WORD IN ABOUT EVERY SENTENCE, EVEN WITH KIDS OF CUSTOMERS PRESENT. AND, SHE BREAKS A RECORD FOR DEPLORABLE BAD SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDES TOWARDS CUSTOMERS. THAT'S OK....RACE TRACK IS ONLY 1 MILE AWAY, AND THEY HAVE VERY PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES WITH GREAT ATTITUDES AND YOU DONT HEAR THE F WORD IN EVERY SENTENCE!

This company treats their employees poorly and allows that negativity to drizzle down to the customers... they don’t seem to ever have enough people working and never seem to have clean fridges. It’s becoming normal to see grime, dirt, and mold inside any of the fridges and their hotdogs never seem to be fresh. I want to question how hard it is to take off an old hotdog and put a new one on? The newer stores aren’t that bad, I’ll give them that, but the old stores that have been around for a while are so dilapidated that it makes me wonder how the city hasn’t shut them down yet. They’re so gross.
