Circle KReviews of circlek.com

In South Parkway Huntsville, they are flying a huge banner cheap cigarettes, emphasize a huge banner. I went in and purchased a carton solely for that reason. I thought it was high so I went down to e another convenience store and got it for $8.17 less per carton. Yes. per carton. I immediately took the carton back to Circle K and they refused to take them back...twenty minutes later. Watch Circle K and their advertising...and their prices.

We are paying customers and was forced to use the self checkout for roller grill items, cigarettes, and 12 packs of drinks. The thing would not ring up the roller grill items so we had to remove the drinks and scan them! What would have been a 5 minute transaction turned into a 15 minute pain in a$$! AND THEN we needed change for a 50 after spending 50.47 on items. She wouldn't give us change because we were required to buy something AFTER we just bought stuff! It's ridiculous! People should not be forced to use self checkout PERIOD!!

The Circle K on OH-14 in Streetsboro OH is by far the worst store I’ve ever been to. They make you use the self checkout, telling you to leave if you don’t like it. The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional, and the first shift employees are horrible! One girl actually told a customer that there were sperm in the Polar Pop station!

You have no reason to put a $30.00 hold on my debit card for a $10.00 gas purchase at the register. I left the gas station and went to pick up dinner for my family. but my card was declined due to insufficient funds because of your company. I will not be using you again.

So we were at Circle K, and this lady came up to us because our friend was using the wrong cup for her Froster and she was really rude and told us that we had to pay for the slushy and then charged us for an extra large slushy when we only used a medium cup

I visited Circle K twice.. 7/20 & 7/21 2023 1901 W Jefferson Springfield, Illinois 62702 On 7/20/23 I was treated bad by an employee named "VICTORIA"... Then on 7/21/23 I went to the counter to pay & this cashier "VICTORIA" publicly belittled me in front of customers and would not wait on me.. She ran her loud mouth at me and would not stop, throwing her hands all over..I was embarrassed, I never get treated like this anywhere, never have.... I want someone to talk to on the phone that is head over this Circle K and I want this person to look at the camera's at her HORRENDOUS behaviors!!! I have both my receipts saved with the times on them that I was there in this Circle K gas station.. This needs to be taken seriously, I am a customer there & "harrassment from your employee in public in front of other patrons is public humiliation" which I do believe is illegal! I have every right to use this Circle K without a cashier causing me all this humiliation on my two visits.. I will be calling the complaint line bright and early monday morning on 7/24/23.. No name tag on "VICTORIA" on either of the dates I was at Circle K.. I am VERY upset!! ---------------- The other wonderful lady had her name tag on, she is VERY nice and proffessional, thank you "Heather!!" She is also a witness how "VITORIA" kept running her loud rude mouth at your Circle K customer!! I have been getting gas & items bought in Circle K for as long as its been open...

I've been shopping at Circle K for years and now they have self checkouts in some of there stores and the attitudes of the women behind the counters has become argumentive over these machines. In all the years I've bought stuff I have never said a cross word to a cashier and they have never said anything wrong to me. I would rather pay and hand the money to a cashier but they try and herd everyone to these machines and if you show your distaste for it they will get rude with you. It looks like they are training people to be unofficial employees. There's something wrong with cashier's that will argue because your want to pay a cashier instead of being herded.
