Circle KReviews of circlek.com

Get rid of the self check out. I have stopped going to the 3 circle k s in alliance ohio cause they say you have to use the self check out even though there are several employees standing there. It's not my job to check my self out, if so then I want to be paid to do it.

ID RATHER NOT SUPPORT CIRCKLE K ANYMORE WHEN I CALL FOR CORPORATE TO CALL BACK THEY NEVER DO AND WHEN I TRY CALLING CIRCKLE K IN SEYMOUR INDIANA THERES A STUPID COMPUTER MACHINE THAT HANGS RIGHT UP ON YOU THIS IS THE NEW STORE IN SEYMOUR INDIANA I COUDNT FIND MY WALLET I LIVE 6 HOURS AWAY IF SOMEONE HAD AN EMERGENCY OR SOMETHING IM UNABLE TO CALL THE STORE IS THERE SOMETHING WRONG WITH THERE PHONES??

This company won't let anyone use the bathroom at night. They have rude cashiers. People traveling should not expect to make a pit stop here because you will not have bathroom access or a good experience.

Avoid at any cost Circle K Arklow. They change the price at the pump at least 2 times per day when the traffic is getting busy. Very speculative like the stock market. Very bad business management especially in this times when the fuel prices are sky high. Pure greed to take advantage of that. I'm wondering actually if this is legal and they should be reported for this. The employees in the garage are absolutely brilliant. Shame on you CIRCLE K!!!

So the problem I have with Circle K is they have false advertisement saying that in the South in Georgia that they have the inner circle and actually they canceled that program run after Christmas and there is no inner circle program at all eny more an they have sights all over there stores in georgia saying get discounts on gas an it even lets u put in ur phone number an it says on line ga. No longer in program , and they have all the signs in the stores saying join the circle, they do not participate in it, no more. It said the closest state is Alabama. It's wrong to lie to the consumers saying that they're in AI program and getting a discount when you're not getting. Nothing in the ploys. Even said I don't know anything about it

I tried to get their "Easy Pay" to purchase gasoline & get some of the benefits they advertise! Gave them my checking account info & they did make a small deposit & withdrawal but they never sent me a card to use. I called them & the nice lady transferred me to what ever lousy company they use for the transactions. I was promptly quizzed about my personal info & became frustrated with the man's lousy attitude & he promptly hung up on me. This was my 2nd interaction with the same company. Previously I was promised my card would be delivered weeks before the 2nd phone call! If I was Circle K I'd definitely find a company that responded to customer needs!

This store does not deserve a rating, but I had to put something in there in order to leave a comment it was trashed it’s a dump. All three stalls in the women’s bathroom had no toilet paper. I walked out there three people standing behind the counter mind you doing nothing and she said OK I’ll take care of it and didn’t do nothing. I do home care. I travel around all day and I use these restrooms because usually they are clean, but never again I will never step foot in any of your dumps again assistant manager was absolutely horrible to me. Her name was Tina. I asked who the manager was she would not let me know , absolutely horrible customer service the way she talk to me, but this young generation gets away with it

Trying to add my identification to the app is a nightmare. I continuously get an error message to try again, and customer service does nothing at all to help. They continue to reuse the same dialogue despite me telling them I have tried multiple addresses. The customer service is abhorrent.
