Everything went wrong. Stay away from Circle K. Do not even think of using Easy Pay… it’s a trap.

I live in Jacksonville Florida. The Circle K has gone downhill since they put in the self. Checkouts. Instead of it being a convenience for customers who are in a hurry, it seems like they're shoving it down your throat, even arguing with you when you don't want to use it. And then they offer a discount on gas which is not really a discount. It's only the same price as everybody else Is charging once you get the discount. After this review, I think i'm going to post it on facebook. Why don't you hire somebody get rid of The self checkout machine and improve on your customer service.

I am a frequent customer of your Mt Pleasant SC stores. Your ID policy is absolutly nothing but data collection. I have never seen one of your assoiates even look at the front of my card when scanning it. I could give my ID. to a 20 year old and they could walk their merry with anything.

Cirkle K takes care of the invoices of Total Energies. They do that by forwarding three invoices each fortnight. A request to limit that to one invoice "is noted"; meaning, nothing happens. Am I the only guy who is wondering why, as a customer, I need to do the selection and spent time flipping through three invoices each fortnight??

I will never use it anymore. They made me pay 3 times for the gasoline at the gas station and they can't help me get my money back now. In the support work absolutely lazy and uniterested people!

I second every thing the other one star reviews reported. The employees are rude, especially the manager. If you hate your job, quit. Ahhh, self checkout... I guess their basic job description of cashier is obsolete. I will no longer visit the circle k at 1405 S Kings Myrtle Beach,SC 29577. That's my prerogative. However, I suggest the rest of you do the same. Better experience and service is about a mile up or down the road.

I went to buy smoke at Circle K around 23:45 on June 25 and the guy wants me to give him my car so he can tap it for me when I told him I can't give you my card I have to know what I'm paying for he declined to open the door and he insisted to take my card for payment. Circle K needs to teach their store people carefully beacuse this is not the way to make business by throwing customers with bad reasons. Store number is 22574 Edmontn,AB Canada.

1811 Sam Rittenberg Hwy Charleston, SC This store is the worst around. The car wash “stole” my payment. Upon purchasing a car wash and waiting, the wash never started. I went inside to see the employee regarding this and I was told “did you pay while it was in use? Then it won’t work and won’t acknowledge your code.” Then Proceeded to say “I don’t give refunds.” So basically go away and we can’t do anything for you. $17 down the drain donated to Circle K. The employee was ignorant and rude. Bet you if it happened to her, she wouldn’t feel the same way about it. To say the least, Circle K will not be getting anymore money from me….not in fuel or Carwash.
