Circle k on river st in Thunder Bay was found to be very dirty. The floors and counters were filthy. Would not go back. It was on several days that I went , not just one day .

Wow I have had a horrible experience in Circle K today so I got a polar pop at Circle K and after drinking most of my drink I decided to open the drink and drink with the cup instead of the straw then as I was drinking from the cup I saw an ant crawling right at the top about to come out Ewwww.

I went in for a interview the supervisor didn’t ask any questions he said all man I just hired everybody I need.the guy didn’t even give me a chance and I’m bilingual I never seen a Hispanic at this location in Chapel Hill North Carolina that’s bad business and I filled out a couple applications they were short staffed it’s supposed to be open 24hours but lately it’s been closed at 11:00 pm I just think he doesn’t like Hispanic how do you have every shift covered but close the store at night how does a corporation make money like that

I have the circle K discount card for Gass. It saves 10 cents per gallon. I still payed 18 cents gallon more than some other stations in town.

I received an email regarding 40 cents off a gallon of gas on 9/19/24 from 4-7. I went there early since the previous promotion was not handled properly by the staff at the Circle K at Rte. 441, it was very disorganized, cars cutting in front of others, etc. I called the store on Orange Ave. a couple of times, rang 15-20 times, no answer. It was raining really hard, but I went into the store at 4:15 and asked when does the promotion start? The employee said "We are not participating." What a waste of time. NO signs, not answering the phone. Many customers were REALLY mad. This company is clearly mismanaged both at the local level and at the management level. Plus, they just don't care. Their corporate office RARELY returns VM's. As consumers, we have MANY choices for gas ⛽️ and other purchases, but for me, Circle K is NOT one of them. 👎

Enrolled in their Easy Pay program (cuz who wouldn't want to save $0.10/gal) and from the beginning it was a headache logging into the Easy Pay website. -Numerous times I got a message that my account couldn't be found or wrong password, only for it to work after several tries. -I'd have to reset a password that I know is correct after being locked out. -Password will allow me to access my account on my laptop, but not on the browser on my mobile device. Seems their login system is powered by Zipline and getting them on the phone is impossible with work hours they don't abide by, but either way I ended up unenrolling. Doesn't make sense for the interface of that program to be inconsistent with it's functionality to an irritating level. I'll go give my money to Shell or BP or something.
