Store 2723475 located at 3741 Capital Blvd in Raleigh NC, has some real problems. I was kicked out of this store for attempting to buy items at the price they were labeled on the shelf - clearly labeled. I was argumentative beyond anything reasonable for the circumstance, but was evicted. My wife was a few people behind me in line and tried to buy the products for me, and not only was she not allowed, she too, was kicked from the store. In the parking lot I encountered two more people who also were kicked out for no good reason. His company has a problem staffing their stores properly, and they certainly have an issue with management making poor hiring decisions. It’s a shame, because it’s terribly convenient and close to where I live, but I had reached a point I never shopped there unless absolutely necessary, but I now I won’t step foot in there ever again for any reason. I advise anyone reading this to follow suit. A company with so little regard for its customers doesn’t deserve to be patronized.

I went to Circle K to buy snacks. I bought a slim Jim from there and it had mold on it.

1. Advertise sales but than the wrong price comes up, you ask for help and cashier acts like we are bothering them. 2. Not all locations are offering the same sales. 3.Dirty locations 4. Unfriendly environment

Why I’m I forced to give it at least a star?. 1865 Avenue Road Toronto, CA. This might be a good circle K but the manager is the most racist human I’ve ever came across. For the record I’ve been going to this specific location for over 20 years-yes I live in the neighborhood. I’ve had an incident with the manager 4years ago. He never expected me to take it that far but I did, & at the end he apologized to me (infront of his regional manager) for his unprofessional behaviour towards me as a customer. Fast forward today November 25th 2024. I pull in to put gas as I always do,..the pump won’t let me. IT WAS NOT A PRE PAID PUMP. I even took a picture to prove it,..I waved at the manager to let me pump gas,..I even pressed the intercom to speak with him, nothing. Almost 7minutes later I went into the store and I asked why he couldn’t let me pump gas, he replied “pump #3 is a prepaid pump” . I said “no it’s not” he replied “yes it is”. I know it was not a prepaid pump. Prepaid pumps says on the screen “must pay first”,..this pump didn’t. Anyways I proceeded to paid for $20 gas, I bought my coffee and when back to my car to pump my gas. When I was done I took a picture of the screen, which 100% proved that it was NOT a prepaid pump. I went back to him and asked how come he said it was prepaid pump when clearly it wasn’t. He changed and now said, “if I can’t see your licence plate I asked you to come inside and pay” so asked is it a prepaid pump or it my licence plate?,..like you don’t know me,..” ive been going to this same gas station at least once per day-(gas/lottery/coffee)-for over 20years, & with same car for over 10years & this is the treatment i get from the same manger. I bet if i looked like the other customers and drove the big cars he’ll never had to treat me Like that. So first he lies to me that pump #3 is prepaid, then I caught him in a lie that it wasn’t he claims that he couldn’t see my license plate, which is another big lie. Circle K if you truly value your customers of all races then you need to address this issue especially with this specific manager. You can’t keep having him discriminate on whom provide the customer service your company thrive for. Circle K you’re better than that one racist manger on 1865 Avenue Road, Toronto CA

This is a Canadian owned company taking over American business. Give them a budlight boycott. Run them out of the country.

This review is about my last experience at the Circle K store located at 3498 Hwy 9 E Little River, SC 29566. This is the closest store to my home and I have purchased my cigarettes there for several years. I always try to purchase 4 cartons at a time. If they only have 1, 2 or 3 cartons, I accept that and purchase what they have. The problem started when several months ago, a new employee started to work the check-out counter. While I would not describe this woman as unfriendly, she certainly is not friendly either. During my last visit, I went to pick up three items from the back of the store, then I went to the counter. This clerk walks behind the counter, looks at me, says nothing, and turns her back on me to begin writing something down on a piece of paper. When she had completed whatever it was that she was doing, she approached me at the register and said, "Sorry about that." I said, "It's okay, I'm not in a hurry." No acknowledgement from her or gratitude for my patience and understanding. Not even the slightest change in her facial expression. While I was waiting for her to come over to take my money, I had ample time to notice that on the cupboard doors where they keep their cigarettes, there was now a 2 carton limit, per person, per purchase. I did not make any waves, I asked for two cartons. I then went to the next closest Circle K. There were no signs limiting the number of cartons that could be purchased at one time. That evening, I went to the "contact us" page on the Circle K website to tell them of this problem. I have received no response from the corporation. If I owned this business and a particular product was becoming more popular, I would increase my inventory and order accordingly to be able to accommodate my customer base. BUT NOT THIS CIRCLE K. The problem that I experienced began when this employee began working there a few months ago. I asked for 4 cartons. When she opened the cupboard, I could see that there were 5 cartons, but she returned to the register with 3 cartons, she said to me "I have three." I did not challenge her, I purchased the three cartons. So, with my very first encounter with this new employee, she has already established herself as a liar. Other clerks in this store would sell me 4 cartons until my second to the last visit, when she observed this. It's too bad that these stores used to be so much better when they were operated by Kangaroo Stores. With no response from the corporation, I am done with Circle K. The clerk's name, which appears on several of my receipts is Cynthia Barnes. She is such an AH.
