The service was horrible. The lady said give me a minute. I said OK while she was counting cash and her coworker. A boy with curly hair was cursing left and right they made me wait 10 minutes then there was a line of people he disappeared when in the cooler while the girl was still counting the register they both had no respect than the guy with the curly hair said let them wait. They’re not gonna die talking about me as a customer very very disrespectful. The time was 1057 January 17, 2025. They need to check the cameras, listen to the cameras he said the F word like five times and that’s disrespect because I’m a customer. I worked at 7-Eleven for 4 1/2 years and I never cursed in front of customers. These young kids don’t give a crap nowadays and they didn’t have work shirts or name tags so I don’t know their names. The girl had glasses and the guy was tall with curly hair very rude.

I was hired yet quit 3 times from Circle K. Why? Because they absolutely REFUSE to tell the truth. Example #1. Hired @110 By Melissa Cote. Promised 4 dys per week. They Hired a convicted sexaual predator. I quit. I was promised hrs/days @ exit114 in Manchester. 3 Weeks in I'm cussed at and accused of what I'm NOT guilty of by Jennifer. I walked out. Their response? Not eligible for rehire. I loved my job and the customers are awesome BUT this company HATES loyal employees. Does this happen to have anything to do with rapid turn over? My guess would be a resounding YES.

I’ve never used a company That’s so user unfriendly. The website can’t get anything completed. my bank account got hacked. All I wanna to do is rectify it give them my new bank account number. What a hassle that was had to talk to five different people couldn’t get nothing completed. Had to send passport bank records, utility bills drivers license my first born Social Security number it was ridiculous. I throwing their cards away.

Every time we go to circle k there soda machines never works and if it works there's no cups, its been a month since there soda machine worked if not longer

Most circle k in arizona are illogical with their need to push receipts. You get a receipt when you prepay gas then another after your done pumping. You get a receipt whether you want it or not. For a generation full of environmental morons they seem to think over wasting paper is necessary.

When you have to pay for frozen water (ice) when you bring your own cups especially being a regular customer every day several times a day and spends lots of money at circle k then you are selfish af. You just lost several customers because of this

In Calgary Alberta Circle K sponsors a AAA midget hockey tournament every year at the end of December. The website says you can purchase passes at the stores and offer a discount when purchased there. I went into two stores, 162 Ave and another on Shawnessy Blvd. In both cases the clerks knew nothing about the tickets much less what hockey is or the tournament. Kind of strange considering the posters in the windows. First store the clerk was sitting on a stool leaning against the wall and in the second he was more interested in his phone call. When I pointed out the posters they just shrugged - I don’t think they could read because they couldn’t speak in a language I understand. This is not the first time I’ve encountered this attitude. This chain of stores was previously called Macs here in Canada and they were the major sponsor of the tournament. I went into their stores to purchase tickets, as was advertised, but they had no clue about them even with the poster in the window. My recent trip into their stores really reminded of why I never shop at Circle K (my very last stop if really desperate). The stores are really low end, dirty, an overall mess with bad staff. The gas pumps are dirty so I purchase my gas at clean stations. The real clincher is the parking lot. This is Canada where it tends to be cold in the winter and when they make no effort to control the ice it becomes very dangerous to walk from your car.
