Every time I go for coffee at the store in elmira coffee is never hot it's cold and cream sour from sitting and coffee cost over 2 dollars for a small and is the most terrible taste ever had don't clean there coffee machines so taste like lime and let alone cold like milk out of the fridge that's not a way to screw your customers over and serve garbage at top dollar

10405 Park Rd CLT NC. 1/8/26 while pumping gas a man approached me screaming & flailing arms. He appeared to be homeless/drugged/mentally unstable. The clerk inside refused to call police or give me contact info for mgr. The clerk said, “our customers will leave if they see police here”. I told him I am a long time customer and prefer to see police over raging unstable & dangerous people hanging out at the store. The clerk was unresponsive. Considering high crime rate in CLT, this was & is a dangerous situation & time. I will not support any Circle K until they show proactive support for their customers. I have filed a police report and a contact form for the Southeast regional office of Circle K. I will not return as a customer and will advise others to do the same. Our lives are worth protecting.

There is an employee at circle k on springplace rd cleveland tenn. That is the most rude person i have ever met . I paid for my gas and my motorcycle didnt hold it all the man owed me 94 cents so i went in and asked for my change nicely and the man finally gave it to me but he started cussing and telling me to leave the store in front of a lot of customers i mean screaming and cussing threatening to whip my ass all over 94 cents i wont ever do business with them again as long as he is still there and i hope corporate sees this review the man is unstable

I went to the circle k on menial in Albuquerque New Mexico and ended up getting my card off the swipe part they got my card info and have been using it all over don’t go to that circle k

The Circle K truck stop off of 95 Exit 121 Wilson North Carolina. New Year's Day I mentioned to a female staff member that there is no soap in the men's bathroom and if it could please be refilled . She walked over to a male employee and told him and he responded saying "well what do you want me to do about that" mind you he just came out that bathroom. And the second bathroom was close for the night. she then come back to me and tells me to wash my hands at the same sink by where the coffee machine are and other drivers wash their food containers and their coffee cups. I found that to be a problem. The next day about 6:00 in the morning I go back in the Circle K to wash up start my day because I'm a truck driver and again no soap yet the soap dispenser parts was spread all over the bathroom one pieace sitting on the garbage can the other on the floor and no sign of soap but they have a big sign up that says North Carolina state code employees must wash hands before reporting back to work (bullshit obviously)

The person has worked in the air.Didn't want to help me.I'm in a wheelchair and it's not my fault.He's the only one in the store. You shouldn't state in your policy to help people in wheelchairS at their request

The cashier was seating in a chair trying to help customers with chips in one hand and a bowl of food on the counter. Hair look like she just wake up and face dirty. Moving slow and can't talk good because of the food. I will not be stop be here anymore. Location 20 and Greater South pkway.. On the corner..
